Abstract

This article discusses the actual tasks of the subject of criminology. The article also notes that the prevention of offenses (crimes), the correction of the behavior of persons prone to committing a crime or the victim, identifying the causes of the commission of crimes, the conditions that allow this, and their elimination are important tasks of criminology.
