DEVELOPMENT OF THE PUBLIC SERVICES SYSTEM AS AN EFFECTIVE MEASURE TO CORRUPTION AND BUREAUCRATY

Administrative procedures, the process of providing public services, and relations between the state and citizens in general are areas that can lead to corruption. This factor is taken into account in the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan to combat corruption and in the legislative acts adopted. In other words, serious attention is paid to minimizing the risk of corruption and reducing the human factor in processes. In the article, the author studied how the issues of combating corruption in the public sector are being addressed by reducing bureaucracy in administrative proceedings. During the study, the work done in this regard to reduce unnecessary and outdated procedures and simplify the provision of public services was considered. The laws adopted to regulate relations between the state and the population, business, and methods that facilitated the provision of public services, as a result of which the saved resources were analyzed. In particular, the work of the Ministry of Justice, the body authorized to provide public services, to improve the quality of services provided, was noted. In the conclusion, proposals were made to further improve the provision of public services.
