Abstract

This article reflects the concepts of extremism and legal liability issues, offenses, and advanced experiences of foreign countries, including the fact that in most foreign countries the types of crimes analyzed are not defined as “religious extremism”, but crimes or offenses are recorded under other names such as “behavior that disrupts public order”, “extremist activities”, “extremism”, “radicalism” and the like. At the same time, it can be observed that the legal definition of extremism is presented differently in international legislation and the legislation of foreign countries.
