ISSUES OF IMPROVING THE INTERACTION BETWEEN INVESTIGATIVE AUTHORITIES AND OPERATIONAL-SEARCH ACTIVITIES IN THE INVESTIGATION OF FRAUD CRIMES COMMITTED USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

This article analyzes the legal foundations, forms, and practical problems of interdepartmental cooperation between investigative bodies and bodies carrying out operational-search activities in investigating fraud crimes committed using information technologies from a scientific and legal perspective. In particular, the peculiarities of cooperation at the stages of pre-trial, preliminary and subsequent investigation, the role of operational-search measures in the search and formalization of digital evidence are considered. The article compares the legislation of Uzbekistan with the Budapest Convention and the experience of foreign countries through comparative-legal and systematic analysis methods. In the conclusion, the author put forward recommendations for improving legislation and practice in this area.
