Abstract

The article examines the development of a geoinformation mapping system for the operational monitoring of the criminogenic situation in Tashkent within the framework of Applied Research Project No. AL-11325078166. Based on the integration of topographic and geodetic methods, military geoinformatics, and criminological monitoring, the spatial and temporal distribution of criminogenic incidents is analyzed. A decision-support architecture based on KDE, Moran’s I, and ST-DBSCAN methods is proposed, together with models for determining visibility zones, identifying optimal movement routes, and calculating criminogenic density. These approaches are intended to provide law enforcement agencies with timely information and contribute directly to improving the effectiveness of management decisions.
