Abstract

This article presents scientific approaches to the causes of juvenile delinquency and the conditions that enable it. The author analyzed the scientific approaches to the causes of juvenile delinquency and the conditions that enabled them, using historical, systematic, logical, comparative-legal, statistical, and social research methods of scientific knowledge. In the article, the causes of juvenile delinquency are a set of events, events, and processes that require, fuel, and increase the crimes committed by them, and crime conditions are a set of events, events, and processes that do not directly cause the crime but help to commit it. thoughts passed. In addition, in criminological studies, it is justified that there are different approaches to the causes of juvenile delinquency and the specific aspects of the conditions that enable them, and that studying them from a scientific point of view is not only theoretical but also of practical importance. Also, the article provides opinions on the importance of identifying the causes of juvenile delinquency and the conditions that enable them, as well as the importance of developing recommendations for the prevention of this delinquency.
