SPECIFIC FEATURES OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN PREVENTING CORRUPTION

Abstract

The article is dedicated to analyzing the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in preventing corruption. The main directions of using artificial intelligence technologies in identifying corruption risks, processing large volumes of data, and increasing the transparency of public procurement are considered. Particular attention is paid to the organizational and legal conditions for implementing such technologies, as well as the factors that must be taken into account during their practical application. The experience of foreign countries using artificial intelligence in the fight against corruption was studied. Based on the conducted analysis, aspects of foreign experience were identified that can be adapted taking into account the specifics of the legal system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
