THE THREAT OF ABANDONED ITEMS AND OBJECTS TO PUBLIC SAFETY IN METROPOLITAN FACILITIES

Abstract

The article analyzes the fact that objects and materials left in metropolitan facilities and prohibited items attempted to be brought into its territory are a source of high risk in ensuring public safety. Optimal solutions for checking objects and materials left in Tashkent metro facilities are considered. In this regard, the experience of foreign countries, as well as the tragic consequences of terrorist acts committed using objects and prohibited items left in metropolitan facilities in a number of countries of the world, were studied. A comprehensive approach was used in the study, and the methodological basis of the work is the methods of systematic, logical, and comparative analysis. At the end of the article, a number of scientific proposals and recommendations on the topic are put forward.
