Abstract

This article examines the crime prevention system as an interconnected unit of a theoretical-doctrinal system, a legislative system, and a system of practical activities. Additionally, the content of the concept of a crime control system model is disclosed, and a comparative analysis of various models is conducted based on the approaches proposed by foreign scholars. In particular, the features, advantages, and disadvantages of the Islamic, Anglo-American, continental, Soviet, and post-Soviet models are examined. As a result of the study, the necessity of evaluating crime control systems based on legal traditions, the characteristics of public administration, and the level of social development of society was substantiated.
