In September 2023, the journal was included in the list of national scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) for publishing the main results of PhD and DSc dissertations in legal sciences. It is integrated into the Crossref system, and each article is assigned a DOI. Submissions follow a structural format including an abstract, keywords, introduction, main body, and conclusion. References are formatted according to the APA style. The journal implements plagiarism screening via Turnitin and a double-blind peer review process.
